"My experience with the State Farm employees at this office has been incredibly good. They are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. And they’ve save me thousands of dollars on my insurance policies after I switch from AAA. A special shout out to Erin who took my call back in July 2023. I was biking in a wide bike lane with my sister behind me. An intoxicated and bad driver speeding over 90 mph hit me and sent me flying.. and then he sped off. I was lucky to survive. He was later arrested and sentenced to 7 years. At the ER, the hospital Adminstrator demanded to know my auto insurance coverage. I didn’t have that one me and I was in bad shape. The following day I called State Farm to report the accident. I could barely speak due to head injury. Erin State Farm was so empathetic and spoke to me providing me with exactly what I needed to hear. I can’t thank her enough. The other professionals in this office are also absolutely the best ever. Much gratitude."
