"I have been with State farm for over 30 years and have had very good service. I recently switched agents to Emily Chapman and have been getting the best help ever. I have been dealing with Erin Magana from her office and I feel she has giving me the best advice ever. I have multiple houses and cars in different states and with her help I have the coverage that I need. She really helped me understand that I needed an umbrella policy to protect my assets. Lucky I never needed it but if something ever did happen at one of my properties I could have lost a lot of not everything. Thank you Erin Magana for all your help"

"You never totally know the value of your insurance company until you have a Claim. I've always had fantastic service from Jacqueline H at Emily Cohen's office. She takes immediate command of the situation. My car was recently damaged by a hit-and-run driver, and I was frantic when it was discovered. Within one hour, Jacqueline filed my Claim, made me an appointment for collision repair, and arranged a loaner car. Her communication is clear and thorough, and I 'm kept in the loop by her and her reliable Claims team at every turn. Jacqueline is a delight in every way - perky, caring and supportive! Two years ago, during the hazardous storms, my back fence blew down. Jacqueline took control, opened a Claim and communicated with my other two neighbors who were also affected. A new, sturdy fence was installed to everyone's satisfaction in a matter of weeks. When the unexpected happens, Jacqueline is there for me in every way! And like a good neighbor, State Farm is #1 in my book!"
